Dasukigate rejected an offer from Jonathan Offer of $3 million – Islamic bunches


Two Islamic associations were offered $3 million by the past organization to secure their individuals bolster the re-race of ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, an authority has said.

Abdullahi Shuaib, the Coordinator of the Conference of Islamic Organizations, CIO, expressed this on Saturday at the 22nd National Islamic Training Program NITP, held at Odosengolu close Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.

Mr. Shuaib said the CIO and The Muslim Congress, TMC, rejected the cash after they were offered under the name of "religious asset."

"It is not a mystery, they came, offering us over $3 million," he said. "We said no… .It got through their intermediaries to us and we said no. Furthermore, today we have been vindicated."

Mr. Shuaib, who is likewise the Executive Director/CEO, Zakat and Sadaqat establishment, an arm of TMC, included that "it is not even some portion of our own way of life to take influence. We want to go hungry than to gather an influence from some person and afterward eat what is unlawful".

Expounding on why the cash was rejected, the authority included that "in light of the fact that we know extremely well that it was goad; it was a toxic substance and you can't eat and feast with the demon and think the fallen angel won't come after you.
