Man Jumps Off Story Building To Evade Court Trial (envisioned)

 There was dramatization at Ejigbo Magistrates' court in Lagos State western Nigeria, on Tuesday following a 22-year-old man who was captured and charged under the
watchful eye of the court did the unbelievable by hopping off the court's story building to sidestep trial.

The suspect, Tomiwa Bolaji, had officially beat the court security protects and was endeavoring to escape through the abutting road near the court premises.

Both the court enlistment center, security monitors and cops present sought after him and later re-captured him in the road and conveyed him once again into the court to face trial.

The episode brought about strain at the court premises as the disputants present were fearful.

Tomiwa Bolaji was conveyed to the court and charged for supposedly taking a generator set esteemed at N25,000 fitting in with Moses Udeze.

The episode happened at 11, Adenekan Street where Udeze lives.

While he was getting away with the generator, he was gotten by the occupants and gave over to the police at Ejigbo Division.

At the station, Bolaji admitted that he really stole the set to offer keeping in mind the end goal to raise cash.

He was charged to court on an one tally charge of taking under the Criminal Code.

When he was charged, he conceded.

The prosecutor, Mr Ishaku Babaji encouraged the court to give a short date to empower him present actuality and sentence.

Subsequently, the directing Magistrate, Mrs J. O. E. Adeyemi requested him to be remanded in jail care at Kirikiri pending the date for truth and sentence.

The matter was dismissed till 14 December for reality and sentence.

While the court authorities were get ready for his remand papers, he all of a sudden got up and hopped off the court building before he was re-captured and sent to jail.
