Photograph: Ogun State Police Command captures tanker with stolen fuel, one suspect captured

The Ogun State Police Command says its agents joined to Sagamu Division caught a truck stacked with vandalized Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) in Sagamu range of the state on December 27, Channelstv reports.

A press explanation by the representative for the order, Muyiwa Adejobi, said the Police agents followed up on a tip-off which prompted the capture of one of the vandals named Elochukwu Byron. Then again, different suspects got away.

As indicated by Mr. Adejobi, the suspect and the shows would be exchanged to the Department of Criminal Investigation and Intelligence, in Eleweran Abeokuta, for further examination on the mandate of the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State, Abdulmajid Ali.

Mr Ali has likewise put all officers and men of the charge on their toes to ensure that pipelines and establishments are sufficiently secured, especially amid a time of fuel emergency like the one being seen crosswise over Nigeria.

The Commissioner cautioned that huge numbers of the gangsters would need to grab the chance to execute their criminal demonstration of financial damage.
