Sani Maikatanga on Monday, January 4, met with the group of 19-year-old Rahma Haruna in Ladin Makole, Kano State. Rahma has no useful appendages and arms and until a couple of days back when a veteran columnist and previous BBC correspondence Ibrahim Jirgi gave a wheelchair to her, her sibling conveyed her in a plastic dish to ask for charity.
